Supports patients with behavioral health care coordination, medication-compliance monitoring, psychoeducation, coping-skills resources, standardized assessments, and care-plan follow-up. Works with providers, clinicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field, behavioral-health experience, communication skills, ethics, and teamwork. Fully remote after training; Arizona residency required.
