Event Coordinator (On-call, Contractor)

This on-call contract position is on-site at the Esplanade in Phoenix. Work includes preparing venues, configuring furniture and décor, welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, coordinating with catering, security, janitorial, music, and other vendors, and troubleshooting during events. Weekend work is common, with occasional weekday or after-hours availability. Candidates should have at least one year of event, hospitality, venue-operations, or similar guest-facing experience.
