We're hiring a Product Growth Marketing Manager who thinks like a founder, moves like a creator, and lives at the intersection of AI and user obsession. You'll be marketing AI-powered products like ZoomMate, My Notes, Webinars, AI Productivity Suite, or Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) - which means you need to deeply understand how AI works, how people adopt it, and how to make cutting-edge technology feel approachable. About the Team Zoom is building a new AI-native way to work—helping users move faster from conversation and ideation to polished, editable deliverables. As these products grow, this role will help more users understand its value and adopt it in their daily work. We're a product-led team looking for someone with sharp product judgment, hands-on content execution, and a genuine understanding of how people work and what earns their attention. Responsibilities Running growth experiments from zero to results - you own the idea, the launch, the data, and the next move. No red tape, no waiting around. Showing up where our users already are - TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcasts, niche communities. You know the landscape because you live in it. Creating content that people actually stop scrolling for - short-form video, social posts, blogs, threads, whatever format wins. You'll figure it out, then do more of it. Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design to turn product features into stories real people care about. Leveraging AI tools to move faster and smarter - you'll use generative AI, automation platforms, and AI-driven analytics to supercharge your workflow. If you're not already experimenting with AI in your day-to-day, this isn't the role for you. Living in the data - funnel metrics, engagement rates, conversion signals. You'll know what's working, what's not, and you'll act on it fast. Being the voice of the user in every room you walk into - bringing outside-in perspective to launches, campaigns, and strategy. What We're Looking For You have 1–5 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, community building, content creation, or a related entrepreneurial hustle - with real, measurable results across social channels. Startup DNA runs in your blood. You've worked at a small company, launched a side project, built something from nothing, freelanced your way through a problem - whatever it was, you operated like "creating a startup." You have hands-on experience with AI-generated content, workflows, and analytics. You're social-media native and understand how audiences, content formats, and distribution differ across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn—with demonstrated depth on multiple platforms. You bias toward action. You ship fast, learn faster, and aren't afraid to fail in public. You're comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal hand-holding. You communicate with clarity and impact. Written, verbal, visual - you can make complex ideas simple and compelling. Location: We are open to remote candidates in the US, or hybrid at our San Jose or Seattle offices. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $76,800.00 Maximum: $186,200.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
