As we scale from 50 to a much larger team, the speed at which engineering, ops, sales, support, and finance can operate depends on the tools we put in their hands.You'll own that surface. You'll build the internal tools and AI-powered automation that make every team at Prelude move faster, ship with confidence, and spend their time on the work that actually matters. You'll work directly with internal stakeholders to find friction and turn it into functional, reliable software — and you'll be our edge in AI engineering, evaluating and integrating the tools that define how a modern company operates.
