WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON The Customs team is responsible for a seamless execution of our import and export processes in EMEA. As Lead Customs Specialist, you will lead the charge in standardizing and improving existing procedures. You will apply your knowledge to strengthen alignment, enhance consistency, and support operational excellence. You will help lead day‑to‑day customs execution by ensuring compliance and supporting the full end‑to‑end customs process. You will contribute to navigating more complex customs projects with guidance and support continuous process improvements, and help translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable steps. WHAT YOU BRING Ability to prioritize and stay organized while supporting multiple tasks. Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen an optimal end‑to‑end flow. Team player who contributes to an agile way of working and recommends simple, flexible, scalable improvements.
