The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) is looking for a Talent & Growth Planning & Operations Intern to join the Talent & Growth Center of Excellence. This team is a highly visible group that plays an integral role in onboarding, developing, and shaping experiences for TWDC employees at all levels! This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in Burbank, CA from January 2027 - June 2027. What You Will Do Coordinate logistics for high-impact learning sessions, including monitoring enrollments, managing participant communications, and supporting virtual and in-person experiences Research, implement, and use innovative and emerging technology and AI tools to streamline workflows and boost team efficiency Provide administrative support for program offerings and maintain accurate class data in TWDC’s Learning Management System, D Learn Leverage data to shape the story of our experiences to our stakeholders and inform forward-thinking best practices Travel locally between Burbank and Glendale to help set up, engage with participants, and tear down in-person learning experiences Required Qualifications & Skills Demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail in both written and verbal communication, effortlessly interacting with all levels of employees Strong data and project management skills, with a passion for enhancing operational practices and workflows Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Word and Excel knowledge (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables) Curiosity and excitement about AI and automation tools to boost team productivity Comfortable working in both PC and Mac environments Preferred Qualifications & Skills Interest in developing skills in event support, facilitation, and data analysis Familiar with Airtable Software and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Education Junior or Senior in University preferred Major or previous coursework in Project Management, Human Resources, Learning Psychology or related field Eligibility Requirements & Program Information Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship Be at least 18 years of age Possess unrestricted work authorization Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program Additional Information Candidates must be available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship, during normal business hours This internship is an on-site position, but also requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace for the days you may work from home Able to provide your own housing and reliable transportation for the duration of the internship program We highly encourage applicants to print a copy of this job description so they can refer to it in the event they are selected to move forward in the interview process.
