Overview Resume Refiner provides resume and cover-letter refinement features. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs in our application.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password to secure your profile.
• User Content: We store the resume drafts, cover letters, job descriptions, and personal details (such as name and contact info) that you input or upload to the application.

How We Use Data We use your information to:

• Create and manage your user account.
• Store and retrieve your resume and cover-letter history across devices.
• Generate new refined content when you request it.

Data Storage & Security Your account information and saved documents (resumes, cover letters) are stored securely in our database. All data transmission between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS. We implement standard security measures to protect your personal information.

AI Processing When you use the “Refine” feature, the relevant text (resume content, job description) is sent to OpenAI’s API via a secure HTTPS connection solely for the purpose of generating the refined content. We do not share your data with other third parties.

Clipboard Access The app accesses your clipboard only when you explicitly tap copy actions (e.g., copying a finalized cover letter). It does not automatically read clipboard content.

Retention & Deletion Your data is retained in our database associated with your account so you can access it anytime.

• Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly through the “Delete Account” option in your profile settings within the app.
• Alternatively, you may request deletion by emailing us at info@resumerefiner.online.

Children’s Privacy Resume Refiner is intended for professionals and is not directed at children under 13.
